Postpartum Abhyanga Massage
WARM OIL MASSAGE
ABHYANGA with SNEHA means RUBBING THE LIMBS with LOVE in Sanskrit.
SNEHA also means OIL in Sanskrit.
OIL AND LOVE combined makes it SUBTLE or SUKSHMA which allows it to penetrate the tissues and the channels of the body.

Tokpa™ Postpartum Abhyanga Massage
What is Abhyanga?
Abhyanga is a light massage using warm oil and is a common practice in Ayurveda (an ancient Indian holistic science). After birth, it is recommended as a daily self-practice for mothers during the first 42 days.
Tokpa™ Abhyanga Massage is for women who have experienced any type of labor or birth, including vaginal or cesarean delivery, and positive or negative.
Regardless of your experience, support is available, and Jessica will meet you at your current stage. Please communicate your needs for your session based on where you are in your journey.

In Home Massage
Jessica brings a heated table or sleeping cot (Available for booking starting in April 2026) for clients to lay on, small crock pot to heat the oil, and sheets.
If Jessica brings a sleeping cot, clients receive abhyanga on their side and face up positions.
Clients are asked to provide a pillow which will be covered with an oil/ waterproof case.
$230 - $355*
*Price depends on distance to client’s home, duration, and preferred equipment or if clients have their own table. Receive discounts when scheduling back-to-back sessions for you and your loved one. If you have a table, feel free to contact us for a quote! Jessica does not travel to hotel rooms.
We do not offer in home sessions if there is no space to perform the session and move around the equipment comfortably.
In Office Massage
Sessions are performed on the heated massage table. Clients can choose to use the BodyCushion or opt to lay flat if that feels more comfortable. Side-lying is also an option for those who prefer or need it.
60 Minutes - $195
75 Minutes - $245
90 Minutes - $290
Things to consider:
This session consists of 1 to 8 ounces of oil for a full head to toe massage experience.
We recommend that clients opt for less oil on their head for in office sessions.
Clients have the option of omitting the head massage or choose to have an oil free/ small amount of oil used during their in-home session.
Since oil cools down, we highly recommend covering your head after application until you’re able to wash it after 15 minutes (at home) and will give you instructions on removing the oil more efficiently.
This will honor your immune system.
