Jessica did amazing work throughout my entire pregnancy (starting at 10 weeks) and postpartum.
She is very experienced and confident in what she does which made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my pregnancy journey.
She listened to my body and helped relieve discomfort such as SI joint pain, round ligament pain shoulder tightness and more.
She also shared many helpful exercises and advices to prepare both my body and mind for delivery.
Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, energetic, and trustworthy.
I felt completely at ease and truly enjoyed every session with her.
I highly recommend her!!!!!

TOKPA® PRENATAL MASSAGE THERAPY
Why I started a Prenatal & Postpartum massage business:
From the moment I began learning about prenatal and postpartum massage, I was hooked. This passion led me to complete a Birth and Postpartum Doula training to deepen my understanding of childbirth and postpartum care. My business grew naturally from those experiences.
As women, we aren’t educated about pregnancy and postpartum. Many of my clients and I agree that this important knowledge should be taught to young people, especially girls, in junior high and high school.
We often face unnecessary medical interventions in hospitals, and without the right knowledge, we lose the ability to advocate for our pregnancy needs.
I aim to take the fear out of this important part of our lives while offering women a safe space to connect with their changing bodies.
